At MC Apparel, we prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all underwear and related intimate apparel are final sale.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any underwear products—whether worn or unworn.

All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sixtynine.care@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement if applicable.
